Allison is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she wants to understand the whole person—where you’ve been, what life looks like now, what hasn’t worked, and what feeling better would actually look like for you.
Areas of Clinical Focus
- ADHD & Attention Concerns: Evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with attention, focus, impulsivity, or executive functioning.
- Anxiety & Mood Disorders: Evaluation and medication management for anxiety, depression, bipolar-spectrum disorders, and related concerns.
- Medication Management: Thoughtful prescribing with attention to effectiveness, side effects, and avoiding unnecessary medication burden.
- Diagnostic Clarity: Taking a closer look when symptoms overlap, previous diagnoses don’t quite fit, or past treatments haven’t worked as expected.
- Collaborative Care: Working alongside therapists and other providers to make sure treatment feels connected rather than fragmented.

Background & Philosophy
Allison’s experience across a variety of mental health settings has shaped one of her strongest beliefs: there is always more to someone than their diagnosis or the symptoms that brought them in.
She knows many people seek psychiatric care after years of wondering why they don’t feel like themselves, trying treatments that haven’t quite worked, or feeling like no one has taken the time to put all the pieces together. Her goal is to listen, ask the right questions, and figure it out with you. She wants patients to understand their treatment, feel comfortable speaking up, and leave feeling heard and hopeful about what comes next.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Allison is a mom to her daughter and has a house full of pets that keep life interesting. She loves traveling, photography, line dancing, and anything that makes her laugh—especially a good comedy show. Originally from Michigan, she’ll always be a Midwest girl at heart, but she’s made a home for herself in the Pacific Northwest. She’s happiest with something fun on the calendar, somewhere new to explore, or an excuse to take way too many pictures along the way.
