Something led you here, and that matters deeply. Whatever you’re carrying and whatever brought you to this moment is important, and I am committed to meeting you with care, understanding, and support. Whether you are carrying anxiety that feels overwhelming, grief you never expected, or a weight you can’t quite put into words, you deserve a safe space where you can be heard and supported, while starting the process to lay those burdens down.
I work with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, and the lasting weight of difficult relationships and childhood experiences.
I also have a deep commitment to serving people who are often underserved, including those experiencing homelessness, because I believe compassionate care should be accessible to everyone, not just a few.
My journey to work in the mental health field was shaped by more than academics alone. Through both personal and professional experiences, I discovered a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, growth, and hope.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University and a background in communication, which means I care deeply about how we connect, how we are heard, and how the stories we tell about ourselves shape everything.
I want to strive to build a genuine therapeutic partnership, working alongside you at a pace that respects your goals, comfort, and readiness for change.
Depending on what you need, I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy — always through a strengths-based, client-centered lens.
The goal isn’t to fix you, but to help you discover what you’re already capable of.
My practice is fully remote, serving clients throughout Washington State — so wherever you are, you can access care that’s flexible, consistent, and real.
I provide services under the clinical supervision of Diane Hopkins, LICSW (LW61007456), conducted confidentially.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me hiking, at the beach, or with my family — the things that keep me grounded. I bring that same groundedness into the room with you.
You have the ability to change. I’d be honored to walk that road with you.
