Tiffany Biggins
MSCP, LMHC; Telehealth Only Provider
I (Tiffany Biggins) am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#LH61366231) licensed in the state of Washington. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA in August 2020. Prior to this, I received my Bachelors in Neuroscience from The University of Pittsburgh in April 2017. Throughout my educational career I have had work experience in various mental health and suicide prevention research studies working with individuals aged 10-60 years old.
I thoroughly enjoy working with teens, emerging adults, and adults who may be experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptomatology, and other mental health challenges that could arise during significant life changes. I will help you to identify and understand your unique symptom expression while also integrating skills and techniques you can carry with you to help combat any negative symptoms that may arise in the future. I am also trained in EMDR virtually. By taking time to learn more about you, your values, your interests, and your interpersonal relationships with others, I am confident we can create achievable goals that resonate with you and your lifestyle.
I am a believer that you have the capability and strength inside of you to heal from whatever you are undergoing, and with me by your side, I feel that we can build a warm, supportive, and open-minded therapeutic relationship to get you where you want to be. Starting this journey can be intimidating and it’s important you feel comfortable with your chosen therapist. I greatly appreciate the chance to get to know you more and I hope I can support you while you take these positive steps in your life!
My time away from work is spent with my family, going on walks with my two dogs, and going to the movies!
Currently I am able to provide telehealth appointments to anyone in Washington State. Feel free to email our practice to check my availability at: Info@charmedcounseling.com
