She is committed to walking alongside clients, fostering growth, resilience, and well-being.

Julie Jaime
Intern
Julie Jaime is a counseling intern completing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Whitworth University (expected May 2027). She works with couples, families, and individuals navigating relational challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. Julie takes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method to help clients strengthen connection and improve communication. She partners collaboratively with clients to foster safety and meaningful change.

Alyssa Poffernroth
Intern
She is a counselor in training at Charmed, completing her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University (expected September 2026). With a background in special education, she earned degrees in Elementary Education (2017) and Special Education (2019) from George Fox University. She supports children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Drawing from ACT, Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, and Play Therapy, she provides compassionate care that honors each person’s dignity and needs.

Katie Morse
Intern
Katie Morse is a counselor in training and master’s student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Gonzaga University (expected May 2027). She supports individuals, couples, and families with warmth and a collaborative approach grounded in clients’ values and life experiences. Katie is training in motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and Adlerian therapy, and is dedicated to fostering healing, connection, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

Jason Harding
Intern
Jason Harding is a master’s student in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern University through the Counseling@Northwestern program. He supports individuals seeking growth in relationships, mental wellness, and coping skills. Jason creates a warm, empathic space where clients feel understood and respected, partnering to foster growth. He is passionate about serving underserved populations, including those impacted by addiction and homelessness, and practices under supervision at Charmed.

Omar Haji-Mohamed
Intern
Omar Haji-Mohamed is a counselor in training at Charmed, completing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University (expected June 2027). He takes a reflective, person-centered approach, helping clients explore concerns and build practical skills. His work draws from Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and DBT, emphasizing collaboration and the therapeutic relationship. He practices under licensed supervision and offers in-person and telehealth services.

Carter Hudson

Carter Hudson is a counselor in training at Charmed and a master’s student in Marriage and Family Counseling at Gonzaga University (expected May 2027). He takes a client-centered approach and believes connection is central to healing and growth. Carter works with individuals, couples, and teens through a trauma-informed lens. His interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity formation. He practices under licensed supervision and offers in-person and telehealth services.
