Hello, I am Debbi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LW61534026) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61018196) in the state of Washington.  I received my Masters in Social Work in 2017 and my BA in Social Work in 2010 from Eastern Washington University. 

I am a LGBTQ+ informed therapist with a passionate focus in improving Self-Esteem, resolving Trauma, healing Female Sexual Dysfunction, and supporting healthy Poly/CNM/Kink/Fetish relationships.   The traumatic experiences we face disrupt our overall health, including our sexual health, and I am confident in my ability to help facilitate the healing process of your trauma regardless of the stage of life in which it occurred.  My process encourages you to embrace your sexuality as a source of strength and healing instead of a source of guilt and shame.

Unresolved trauma can reveal itself in various forms, which can lead to misdiagnosis, poor decision making, negative health effects, weakened self-image, and other roadblocks to optimum health.  This is why focusing on the mind, body, and spirit is paramount to recovery through the use of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
