I graduated from the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Capella University in 2023 with Distinction. Here at Charmed I Support individuals and Couples in managing stress, conflict resolution, communication, boundaries as well as teaching de-escalation and emotional regulation techniques. I have experience working alongside a variety of therapist who have helped me cultivate my therapeutic process. I have worked with couples and Individuals during my time in internship which has really helped me grow into my role as an associate here at Charmed Counseling. I have a dedication and passion towards working with couples on reconnecting and building strong foundations towards long term success and happiness. Life is a journey, and we all go down different paths based on experience and circumstance, working with individuals dealing with general life issues including depression, anxiety and complacency using systemic practices is a way to help those struggling regain their footing and continue their journey. Connection and relationships are so crucial to our happiness as individuals that I have made it a priority to specialize in couples counseling to help guide me in my clinical practice.

In addition, Individuals may reach out to me to receive help  addressing various concerns including depression, negative self-image, anxiety, attachment disorder, emotional regulation, grief, along with many other emotional aspects that may cause distress. Counseling may help with finding ways to increase motivation in life, managing stress appropriately, setting life goals, building communication skills, organizing priorities, strengthening, and maintaining relationships, healing from past trauma, and creating a positive outlook on life. My therapeutic modalities that I primarily follow include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  During my employment at Charmed I will meet with a Clinical Supervisor weekly to discuss clients and obstacles so I can develop into a better therapist. My consultation with a supervisor is confidential. My supervisor Lindsey McIntyre, she is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LW60833263).
