Individual Counseling
Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes in length. Our first session will be spent getting to know one another, identifying your goals and determining how we can assist you in reaching them. Together we will create a space that is safe, calming, inviting, fun and loving where you will feel encouraged and supported towards your goals. We provide both non-directive and directive counseling depending on what will work best for you. This is your journey and you will have control over your therapy and our approach will be tailored to your individual needs.
We use many different evidenced based therapy modalities depending on your unique needs, some of which include:

Several of our therapists have received additional training in therapy modalities specific to couples counseling such as the Gottman Method and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).
