Mental health is the cornerstone of overall health, and my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I, Asantay King, am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associated (SC 61586203) in the state of Washington. I hold a Master of Social Work degree which I earned in June 2024, and a Bachelor of Social Work, which I completed in 2023, both from Eastern Washington University. My academic journey has equipped me with the knowledge and tools necessary to support individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I am committed to continuing my education by staying updated on best practices in the field. I am deeply passionate about working with adolescents, both in office and in school-based settings, where I support them through a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. My approach centers on meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to take the driver’s seat in their own lives and experiences. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and brief solution-focused therapy, to support and guide them on their paths to growth and healing.
